The assemble of standard modular parts as per customer requirement will make the customerised 19" Rack to suit the his requirements. This innovative concept has make our products forefront in the maket, as it makes easier for transportation and handling and can be changed before or after commissioning of the system.

You can use same modular parts to make the new rack, in case you changed the configuration of the present 19" Rack , This is not possible with welded racks. The changes can be made very easily as it's a bolted construction. It can be supplied as CKD (Completely Knocked Down) or Completely assembled form. CKD is prefer on shipping/transport as it saves lot on shipping/transport charges.

IK Com 19" Racks are available as;
1. Wall mounting type 19" Racks - 5U to 21U height (in 400mm, 600mm depths)
2. Free standing type 19" Racks - 17U to 44U height (in 600mm, 800mm & 1000mm depths)
Custom made sizes can be supplied subject to a minimum order quantity.

All racks are manufactured in Mild steel and Epoxy Polyester powder coated in textured finish. The standard colors are Black (RAL 9005) & Light Grey (RAL 7035). Customerized colors are available on request, subject to a minimum order quantity.
Adjustable mounting rails are made of Alu-Zinc (unpainted) and bolted to the structure on an unpainted (Zinc plated) rails. This enables good earthing of mounting rails to the body of the rack, which is earthed to the system earth. This makes a good earthing path from equipment chasis to mounting rails and to the body of the rack and finally to the system earth.

*Fixing to the wall is easy & fast . Just bolt the back plate to the wall and hang the box on the bolted back plate. Your rack is firmly mounted on the wall.
